MultiPro 201 4in1 - MULTIPRPCESS WELDING INVERTER

SPARTUS® MultiPro 201 4in1 is an innovative, multiprocess inverter welder designed with advanced PWM technology and high-quality IGBT transistors. It allows welding using MIG / TIG AC / TIG DC and MMA AC / MMA DC methods with a maximum current of 200A. Powered by a single-phase 230V network. Thanks to its wide configuration options, this device is ideal for various metal joining techniques.

MIG WELDING

MultiPro 201 4in1 is equipped with a synergistic MIG/MAG welding system, offering programs for steel, stainless steel, aluminum, flux-cored wire welding, and brazing. It allows manual parameter adjustment with automatic suggestions for material thickness and wire feed speed.

MultiPro 201 4in1 also operates in manual mode. It allows for setting all welding parameters according to the user’s individual requirements.

The device has built-in functions to support MIG/MAG welding:

Burn Back – controls the burn-back time of the wire tip, eliminating the risk of the welding wire sticking to the contact tip. It also facilitates short welds in MIG/MAG welding.
Slow Feed – a soft start of the wire feeder. This function is helpful at high wire feed speeds, enabling a stable arc ignition from the start, thus minimizing the risk of welding defects at the beginning of the weld.
Inductance Adjustment
Possibility to weld in two modes: 2T/4T.

MultiPro 201 4in1 also supports welding with SPOOL GUN type torches with a built-in wire feeder. This significantly relieves the device and extends its reach, allowing work with torches longer than 5 meters.

TIG WELDING

Thanks to advanced features, MultiPro 201 4in1 allows advanced TIG AC and TIG DC welding with an HF or Lift arc ignition option. It supports pulse welding, ideal for precise work on thin sheets and aluminum. The device has features that support the TIG welding process, such as:

MMA WELDING
